Private producers "distrusted" the
President, and without further contracted the production of their usual
clunkers, which equaled the lockout. Also emerged for the first time in

Luis Echeverría had opened the door to Jose

In the presidential elections of
1976 Jose Lopez Portillo had no opposition candidate, to celebrate his victory
at the polls; José López Portillo took a trip to the United States.
